G-TOWER

 G-TOWER, which is located at Ratchadaphisek Road adjacent to Rama IX Junction, was built with a design that harmoniously supports its function. The G-Shaped Building, which is the main highlight and a significant landmark of Ratchadaphisek Area, consists of 2 office buildings and a department store. These premium-grade office buildings are 27-storey high and 39-storey high and have total leasable office space combined of approximately 66,000 square meters. The project offers total leasable office and shop spaces by more than 134,000 square meters with underground level being connected to MRT station to allow travel convenience.

     EEC has been working together with the project’s building design team in preparing public utilities system such as electrical system and communication systems to ensure reliable and accurate service quality, including building a comfortable environment with appropriate temperature level and good air quality for the occupants to promote higher work efficiency by installing high performance and energy saving air-conditioning system, using appropriate water supply system, installing Access Control /CCTV System in all areas as part of safety and security measures and setting up fire protection system and fire suppression protocol in the event of fire incident.
