     The Bangkok sanctuary will feature 159 spacious guestrooms, including Pool Sky Villas with large terraces and private plunge pools. Guests will be able to enjoy three restaurants and bars, Rosewood’s signature Sense® spa, a swimming pool and a fitness centre. Meeting facilities will include The Pavilion, a residential-style meeting and function space, and the top-floor Sky Villa event venue which will offer panoramic views of the capital.

     EEC was invited to be the consultant on MEP Engineering System preparation and responsible for designing this building to fulfill the client demand with the complete building system such as adequate electrical system, air-conditioning system in each area, water system for whole building, LPG system for main kitchen along with fire protection system to ensure the safety for hotel guests and staffs
